Who is Chef Veronica

A few words about Me..

Chef Veronica Peinado  has created delicious goods for over 15 years. From her early start in Chicago to her move to Dalton, Georgia and Chattanooga, Tennessee all the way to her homecoming to the North Side of Chicago, she has created everything from Chicken Piccata, New York Strip to  Mouth watering desserts to delicious edibles for special events. She has taken her culinary passion to the next level by establishing her own infusions of Mexican Puerto Rican and French cuisines.  

Veronica became a expert in the field through disciplinary cooking and baking education. Veronica received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from National-Louis University after completing the Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management program at Ryan University in North Carolina and attending the Baking and Pastries Hospitality Program from Le Cordon Bleu of Chicago. Her extensive expertise has led to positions in both the cooking and baking industries in hosting, training and management, and design.
